Placing an Order

Is sending my credit card information to Danbury Mint safe and secure?
Yes. Your credit card details are encrypted and we use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol to ensure your information is safe and secure.  SSL is the standard cryptographic system used to transmit private information on the internet.  We have an SSL certificate from VeriSign which is displayed on our website.

Will I receive a confirming email once I place an order online?
Yes. If you do not receive a confirming email, check your bulk or spam folders.


Did you get my order?
Allow 2 business days from receipt of order for it to be reflected in the tracking system. Click here to check the status of your order.

Most in-stock, non-personalized items will ship within 1 week of purchase.

We usually use U.S. Postal Service or Fedex.  Express shipping is available for most items for an additional charge.

How can I get my product sooner?
Some in-stock, non-personalized products are eligible for delivery in 2 business days. If available, select this option at checkout.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed.  If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return it for any reason within 90 days for replacement or full refund.  Please call Customer Service (Toll-Free) at 1-800-243-4664, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. ET and Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET, prior to returning so we can send you a return label.

Can I pay online?
Yes, click here to go to our Customer Service Center to make a payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Our website accepts all major credit and debit cards. Some products are eligible for PayPal. If ordering by postal mail you also have the option to pay by check or money order. Checks must be in US currency from a US bank and must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) located at the bottom of the check.

When will my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charge upon shipment of your order.  If you are paying in installments your card will be charged in monthly intervals, beginning when your product is shipped.

What is PayMint?
Buy now, pay later with PayMint! To take advantage of convenient, interest-free monthly installments, simply choose “Pay in installments” in the Billing Section of checkout. Your credit card will be charged in monthly intervals, beginning when your product is shipped.

Does it cost more to pay by the installment plan than if I pay all at once?
No.

Why do I pay for shipping and service on each installment?
We take the total cost of shipping and service and divide it by the number of installments so that each installment is the same amount.  The shipping and service charge is the same whether you pay in full or in installments.

Are there any additional charges incurred on foreign orders?
There will be an additional shipping charge on top of the regular shipping and service fees.  Click here to contact Customer Service and obtain information about additional charges that might apply.

Do you charge additional sales tax?
We are required by law to charge sales tax in certain states.  If sales tax is required based on the shipment destination it will be added to your total due during the checkout process.
