This darling girl takes a moment to care for her irresistible little chicks. As she kneels to get closer, one even approaches the girl
to nibble at the food in her hand. Just look at the little girl’s sweet expression…she seems to hold her breath as the curious
chick draws near. Meanwhile, you can almost hear the other chicks chirping from the wicker basket at her side.

The figurine is superbly sculpted and crafted of fine earthenware by the renowned M.I. Hummel artisans at the original Rödental factory. The figurine is then carefully hand painted in in the warm, muted colors favored by Sister Hummel. From the girl’s red kerchief to her rosy skirt to the soft yellow of the chicks, every detail is pure M.I. Hummel. The authentic M.I.
