A one-of-a-kind barometer, featuring authentic M.I. Hummel figurines!

This traditional, Bavarian-style barometer accurately predicts the weather with the aid of two authentic M.I. Hummel figurines.  When air pressure rises, the charming Girl with Nosegay comes out of her "house" to savor the fine weather and pick a fresh bouquet of flowers.  If air pressure falls -- signifying inclement weather -- the girl goes inside and the equally delightful Boy with Horse comes out.  Undaunted by turbulent weather, this brave lad is all set to trumpet the news of an approaching storm.  With his trusty steed at the ready, he's willing to face whatever Mother Nature sends his way!

Hand-carved by skilled German craftsmen from the finest linden wood -- a soft wood favored by woodworkers.
