2007 Washington Dollar Error Coin
When the 2007 Washington Dollar was issued, it was the first U.S. coin in over 200 years to bear edge lettering. However, a small, undetermined number of coins were struck with absolutely no edge minting. Known as the "Godless" coin for the omission of the motto "In God We Trust," this is one of the most significant errors ever to be released by the U.S. Mint.
The 2007 Washington Dollar Error Coin is certified by a major grading company and comes showcased in a hardwood display chest accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Actual size of display chest is 7-1/2" in length x 1-3/4" in height.
